My First All-grain Brew Session

This is my first all-grain batch... I bought un-milled malt in the hopes I could pick up a grain mill the same day, but nobody in 100 miles had them in stock. Ergo, I milled 12lbs of grains by hand, it sucked. Everything else went smooth with the exception of a stuck sparge.

Real Extract: 4.75° P

Alcohol By Volume (ABV): 5.1%
Alcohol By Weight (ABW): 4%
Calories (12 ounces): 165

Here's the transfer from primary to secondary. The brew looks pretty cloudy. It could be due to a) lack of irish moss in recipe or b) due to stuck sparge problems (we ended up manually screening the mash
